This modest small village is lightly populated (872/sq km), covers 0.65 square kilometers, and roughly has a diameter of 909 meters.

DeFinglade has a Temperate Deciduous Forest climate, which is characterized by warm and wet summers with mild and dry winters, and has prevernal, spring, summer, monsoon, autumn and winter seasons. Winds in the region are breezy and the temperature is generally mild with high variation. Precipitation is moderate, and the sky is mostly cloudy.

Around town you'll hear the following legends:
  • Years ago, the townsfolk of Gooseridge Rock lived in peace. Things were peaceful, but one day an evil devil named Gobal Rockmane took over the town. The townsfolk tried to stop the devil, but didn't get close. Along came a lizardfolk named Khalzor se Khalzor, who was a valiant knight. Khalzor had a plan to trick the devil by killing the devil while he slept. When Khalzor se Khalzor faced the devil, Khalzor se Khalzor banished Gobal Rockmane.
  • Long, long ago in a city far, far away, the villagers of Gilbdale lived in peace. Things were good, but one day Elhg the dragon stole a priceless heirloom. The villagers tried to kill Elhg, but didn't get close. Along came a greedy half-elf named Abatanae Shadowfeather, who was an expert bowman. Abatanae had a plan to trick the dragon by using magic to banish it. When Abatanae Shadowfeather faced the dragon, Abatanae Shadowfeather banished Elhg.
