Along came a elf named Elaarttel Summerblade, who was a sneaky thief. Elaarttel had the thought to slay the cyclops by making a wager with Anka. When Elaarttel Summerblade faced the cyclops, Elaarttel Summerblade tricked Anka.
  • In times gone by, the townsfolk of Branglade lived in harmony. Things were peaceful, but one day a demon named Rxbok Bigmaw took a hostage and demanded a ransom. The townsfolk tried to kill Rxbok Bigmaw, but didn't get close. Along came a giddy kobold named Rap, who was an expert bowman. Rap had a plan to trick the demon by causing a distraction while others struck. When Rap faced the demon, Rap banished Rxbok Bigmaw and rescued Branglade.
  • Once upon a time, the townsfolk of South Hospmer thrived. Things were quiet, but one day an evil wizard named Kzuk Rantmaw stole a priceless heirloom. The townsfolk tried to kill Kzuk Rantmaw, but were caught. Along came a fatalistic half-dwarf named Ulbul Darkstream, who was a skilled storyteller. Ulbul had the thought to slay the wizard by making a wager with Kzuk Rantmaw. When Ulbul Darkstream faced the wizard, Ulbul Darkstream killed the wizard.
  • Long, long ago in a city far, far away, a witch wandered the fields on rainy days. Some say that the witch will ask for your help, then sell you into slavery.
